EP CQD16-20LB
The CQD16/20LB are the all-new 1.6-2 tonne sit-down reach truck from EP Equipment, with lift heights up to 9.5 metres, 550mm moving-mast reach and sideshift. Suited for ultra-high-level warehouse logistics, the CQD16/20LB can be supplied with and optional remote camera system on the fork carriage for improved operational safety and accuracy.
Designed for intensive 24/7 operations, the CQD16/20LB has a 48V/405AH Llithium-ion battery and an external 200A external charger; the battery is suitable for opportunity-charging. Quality European components and ZAPI AC drive/lift controllers ensure maximum up time, while the standard 4.5m triplex mast with free-lift allows operation in spaces as low as 2150mm - such as unloading shipping containers.
The CQD16LB and CQD20LB come with full AC motors and an electric power steering system that consumes less power compared to hydraulic power steering, giving the CQD16LB/20LB more than 6 working hours per charge.
The low center of gravity and the new I-beam mast design enhance truck stability. The maximum lifting height of the CQD16LB is 9455 mm while the CQD20LB is 9500 mm. The CQD16/20LB is equipped with a mechanical height indicator, that tells operators the correct height of the fork at various rack levels enabling precise operation to improve the stacking efficiency.
